The following services are provided to ensure students receive proper guidance, health support, learning resources, and overall assistance during their stay at the school.


Guidance and Counseling Office

The Guidance and Counseling Office promotes academic success, positive behavior, and holistic student development through counseling, career guidance, and coordinated support with families and educators.The office provides confidential and structured services to support students’ personal, academic, social, emotional, and career development.

🕒 Availability: During regular school hours

Services Offered

Individual & Group Counseling

  1. Support for students experiencing:
  2. Academic difficulties
  3. Personal or emotional concerns
  4. Behavioral changes
  5. Peer or relationship issues
  6. Career planning needs

How to avail:

  1. Visit the Guidance Office.
  2. Sign in at the logbook.
  3. Schedule a counseling session.
  4. All sessions are confidential.

Anti-Bullying Support

(Implemented under RA 10627 – Anti-Bullying Act)

  • Incident reporting
  • Parent notification
  • Conference and intervention plan
  • Counseling and monitoring

Focus: Protection, correction, and student growth.

Disciplinary Intervention

For violations of school rules:

  1. Parents are notified within 2 working days
  2. Conference is conducted
  3. Appropriate intervention is applied
  4. Counseling and follow-up are provided

Focus: Rehabilitation and reintegration.

Referral & Follow-Up Services

When needed:

  • Case conferences are conducted
  • Parents are informed
  • Referral to proper agencies may be arranged
  • Continuous monitoring is provided

All cases are properly documented and handled with confidentiality.

Providing immediate health support and basic medical assistance to ensure students’ safety and well-being during school hours.
Location: PAGCOR Building
